Customer service has been Award Hero's number one priority since 1966. We engrave all of our awards, trophies, plaques, gifts and signs in house, in our South Florida showroom, to ensure a quality product and fast turnaround time.

LOGO:
If we do not have your logo on file, please upload it on the product page where is says "Logo or Image Upload". If available, we prefer a black and white JPEG or PDF in the highest quality available.

There is a logo/text setup fee of $20. Logos are placed on top unless otherwise specified.
ENGRAVING TEXT:
Please type out what you would like the award(s) to say and/or name of recipient in the "ENGRAVING TEXT" box on the product page. It is essential to ensure the Spelling, Capitalization, and Punctuation are correct and proofed before sending it to us.
DUE DATE:
In the "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS" box on the checkout page, please let us know the exact date you need the award(s). Depending on the time frame given, there may be an additional 15% rush fee on order.

PROOFS:
We will send a proof showing the award(s) setup (if necessary.) The proof is provided for you to review the award(s) design and make sure there are no errors from our end that need to be corrected before engraving.

Once approved, the award(s) will be engraved and any corrections needed after engraving are subject to replacement item cost.
Excessive changes may be subject to charge.
